Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Final sales Item and Accessories (bags, jewelry, hats, belts, headbands, sunglasses, etc.) can not be returned.

Pick-up orders must be picked up within 10 days of purchase date. After the 10 days, you will automatically forfeit the right to any exchange or return.

Products that have not been picked up within 30 days will be donated to a local charity without notification or warning.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will not be responsible for items that are returned to us outside the established time frame. Before sending any item, we ask that you contact us through social media, email or phone.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We also do not accept returns for accessories like Bags, Necklaces, Earings, Bracalets, Rings, Hat, Belt, Headbands, Sunglasses . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns for FINAL SALES Item
