Cancellation policy

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept exchanges or give you a store credit within 7 Days of purchase. All sales are final. To start a return, you can contact us at info@graceandgala.com or call us at 786-612-7637.
To be eligible for an Exchange or Gift Card Credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the sales receipt within 7 Days of purchase. We will not accept Refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale or clearance items or gift cards.Also Accessories (bags, jewelry, hats, belts, headbands, sunglasses, etc.) They are non-refundable and non-exchanged. Please do not return final sale items.Pick-up orders must be picked up within 10 days of purchase date. After the 10 days, you will automatically forfeit the right to any exchange or return.
Products that have not been picked up within 30 days will be donated to a local charity without notification or warning.
